The developers [of The Binding Of Isaac] had tweeted that the game would receive a port to the Nintendo 3DS via the Nintendo eShop and were waiting for approval from Nintendo. Nintendo later rejected the game because of “Questionable religious content”. This decision brought the game’s developer Edmund McMillen to praise the Steam platform and the freedom it gave to the publishers regardless of the game content (compared to Nintendo), and several gaming websites to be outraged at this censorship.

On the one hand, Nintendo has ALWAYS censored religious content in American releases. On the other hand, fuck off, Nintendo. Probably the only time I’m gonna say that.

Well the Binding Of Isaac expansion was released yesterday on Steam for $2.99. So why am I on Tumblr? I’m gonna go play some more.
